We are now able to accept credit cards from over 20 countries.   If you are using a non-U.S. credit card, and have problems making  a payment, please contact our Treasurer.  In the comment section of the payment form, include: 'Membership: First and Last Name' and any other relevant error messages or information. We will respond as quickly as possible.

FAQs

Unable to sign in

If you are unable to sign-in, please enter the most recent e-mail address used on the IEA website as your username and click reset password. The system should automatically send you a password reset link, which you can use to create your own password. Once that is complete, log-in with your new credentials. Unable to renew membership

Thank you for being a member here at IEA. In order to renew your membership, please log in with your email and password. If you are having difficulties, please view the first FAQ. Once logged in, click on your name on the top right of the screen to enter profile mode. Once there, a renew button should appear and allow you to renew your membership with IEA.  Note that you have the option of renewing automatically each year, or doing it manually.  

Unable to add photos, or just confused about how to do it

The photo gallery is an excellent feature available to all members in the profile mode. Once you are logged in and in Profile mode, please feel free to click on member albums on the top right of the screen and add as many photos as you please. You can also arrange them and categorize them so visitors and artists can view them on demand.
